Red Bell Habanero Jam Potatoes



  1. Preheat oven to 425º
  2. Chop mini potatoes and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt, pepper, your favorite seasoning, and 3 tbsps of Uncle Carney’s Red Bell Habanero Jam.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds
  5. Toss potatoes in the mixture and cook for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and crispy on the edges. Check on them halfway through and give them a toss and cook for the remaining time.
