Pork Chops & Pineapple Habanero Jam



  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Dip pork chops in an egg wash and coat with a mixture of crushed Cheddar & Sour Cream Ruffles Potato Chips and our Special Rub/Seasoning (keep your eyes open for its release).
  3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or when internal temperature reaches 150º.
  4. With 5 minutes remaining out the pork chops and sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and drizzle with Uncle Carney’s Pineapple Habanero Jam.
  5. Place back in the oven and let it cook for the remaining time.
  6. Enjoy!
